(Option One)
Purpose: To create a sacred moment of reflection and remembrance, providing comfort and reassurance that you are
not truly alone.
Step 1: Prepare a Space
Choose a quiet, meaningful spot where you feel safe and at peace.
Light a candle or place a small token (such as a flower, photo, or keepsake) to signify your baby’s presence in your
heart.
Step 2: Begin with a Moment of Silence
Sit quietly and take a few deep breaths. Allow yourself to acknowledge the weight of your emotions and the
significance of this moment.
Step 3: Offer a Prayer
You can use this prayer or one from your heart:
"Dear Lord, I come to You with a heavy heart, grieving the loss of my precious child. Though my arms feel empty, I
know that You hold my baby in Yours. Please surround me with Your peace, comfort, and love. Remind me that I am
never truly alone, for You are always with me. Amen."
Step 4: Read a Scripture or Poem
Consider reflecting on these words:
“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” – Psalm 34:18
“I carried you every second of your life, and I will love you for every second of mine.”
Step 5: Symbolic Act of Remembrance
